Job Description
This Inside Sales Representative role focuses on generating and developing new delivery partners within assigned regions through high-volume outbound sales activities. You will engage small businesses across the United States, consult with prospective partners to understand their needs, and present the value of a new last mile delivery program. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing initiative that supports local businesses while driving measurable sales results and earning commission based on performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new partners within assigned regions.
Respond promptly to and qualify inbound leads from prospective delivery partners.
Perform consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and clearly present the value of the last mile delivery program.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions, leads, and progress in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
Manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing outreach and follow-up to maximize conversion.
Provide regular feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall program growth.
Support partners through the application, ready-to-launch, and launch phases to help ensure successful onboarding.
Essential Skills
At least 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, with a focus on high-volume outbound cold calling.
Demonstrated experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field such as logistics, retail, or technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to make a high volume of calls and manage multiple leads at the same time.
Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
Ability to work with sales enablement platforms to support outreach and tracking.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Mandarin.
Solid customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Comfort using technology and digital tools to track and manage sales activities.
Work Environment
This role is based near the Seattle/Bellevue area, with standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position follows a primarily office-based schedule with the expectation that you will come into the office at least once a week for training and team meetings. You will work with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms to manage leads, track performance, and report on activities. The environment emphasizes collaboration, regular communication with leadership, and participation in a growing program that partners with small businesses across the United States. Team members are eligible for two weeks of paid time off after a successful performance review at six months and can earn commission based on outbound sales performance, including incentives tied to applications, ready-to-launch status, and successful launches.
