Our Opportunity Summary :

As the Manufacturing Alignment Engineer (CVD/CMP), you will help shape how manufacturing happens across the network. You'll build alignment programs, drive best-known-method adoption, and partner with technical teams worldwide to improve speed, quality, cost, and equipment performance. Your work will directly influence how we scale technologies, optimize tool utilization, and develop our people.

What's Encouraged Daily:

Lead development and execution of alignment programs to standardize BKMs, improve efficiency, and elevate manufacturing performance

Drive improvements in tool utilization, idle tool shutdown practices, POR-MOR gap closure, and global BKM deployment

Coordinate ESTA activities, recipe alignment, mismatch reduction, and defect improvement across technologies

Align PM procedures, qualifications, scrap reduction efforts, and recurrence prevention practices

Partner with global teams to define standards, implement improvements, and track progress to leadership

How To Qualify:

5+ years' experience as a Process or Equipment Owner in CVD or CMP

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Strong understanding of process and equipment systems, methods, and tools

Experience coordinating or leading site and global teams

Ability and willingness to travel internationally

Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes

What Sets You Apart:

5+ years' experience as a Process or Equipment Owner in CVD or CMP

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Strong understanding of process and equipment systems, methods, and tools

Experience coordinating or leading site and global teams

AI proficiency and Leveraging AI for simplification and standardization
