Job Description

Location: Hybrid role based near Northern New Jersey/Staten Island. Gain hands-on experience through regular customer visits across the local area 2-3 times per week while enjoying a mix of remote, and field-based work.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you'll build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and help customers identify solutions that support their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities

Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings

Understand customer needs and recommend solutions

Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle

Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience

Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings

Compensation & Benefits

Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000.00 - $116,000.00

Base Salary: $60,000.00

Target Commission: $56,048.00

Uncapped commission potential

Monthly car allowance
