GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Mobile and ATM Item Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing mobile and ATM deposits, researching item exceptions, and completing assigned reports. This role ensures deposit and item review functions are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Specialist provides professional support to internal teams and assists with issue resolution related to mobile and ATM item review processes.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

COMPENSATION: Hourly $16 - $17

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Review mobile and ATM deposit items for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.

Maintain working knowledge of applicable banking products, services, procedures, regulations, and bank policies across multiple charters and markets.

Research item exceptions, discrepancies, and deposit-related issues; escalate items as appropriate.

Accurately enter, verify, and document item review information in applicable systems and complete required forms and procedures.

Thorough knowledge of banking regulations such as Reg CC and Reg D.

Complete assigned operational reports accurately and within established deadlines.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.

Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Proficient computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with internal teams, customers, and business partners.

Strong problem-solving, research, and follow-through skills.

Ability to prioritize work, manage interruptions, and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One year of prior banking experience or equivalent experience is generally expected.

BENEFITS:

Benefits for employees working at least 35 hours per week include 8 paid holidays; 17 PTO days each year for the first five years of employment (employees must complete 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO); 16 hours of paid sick time upon hire date; health, dental, prescription drug card, vision, and voluntary life insurance plans; health savings account with employer contributions; flexible medical and dependent care spending plans; 401K plan after 3 months and start of next quarter with employer contributions and profit sharing; $50,000 group term life insurance; long term disability insurance and employee assistance program.
