Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Maintain and organize quality records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

File, archive, and manage quality documentation electronically and in hard copy while ensuring document control requirements are met.

Support audit readiness by maintaining records for inspections, certifications, audits, and customer requirements.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain filing systems that ensure records are complete, accurate, and easily retrievable.

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with data entry and document management.

Ability to maintain confidential information and work independently.

Pay: $26.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
