Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a reputable car rental agency in the State College area.

This is a full-time position with a Sunday-Wednesday schedule, offering four consecutive days off each week. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service while also assisting with the cleaning and preparation of rental vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist with rentals, reservations, and inquiries

Follow company SOPs

Wash, clean, and prepare rental vehicles

Perform basic computer tasks

Maintain a professional appearance and work independently

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates must complete a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
