Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Business Excellence Pursuit organization supporting senior leaders and key initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 1

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid onsite)

Pay Range: $23-26/Hour on W2 (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

Support senior leaders within the Business Excellence Pursuit organization by managing schedules and coordinating meetings.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for various projects and initiatives.

Handle stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Organize team events and activities to foster a collaborative work environment.

Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information with discretion.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required.

0-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or related roles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
