Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Previous technician experience

Previous molding experience

Strong attention to detail

Excellent computer skills

Ability to read and write in English

Flexible availability

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

Operate machines and production equipment safely

Follow established operating instructions and production procedures

Monitor equipment and production processes throughout the shift

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Ensure completed products meet client and customer standards

Identify and remove defective products

Rework or remanufacture products when required

Maintain accurate daily production records

Enter and update production information using computer systems

Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate team member

Maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused work area
