TITLE: UTILITY WORKER

REPORTS TO: SHIFT SUPERVISOR ON DUTY

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for picking, palletizing, and staging Penn Beer Sales & Service beverage products to be delivered to licensed accounts throughout the territory. Must have a strong work ethic, be an effective communicator, be a dependable team player and have solid interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for accurately picking and staging product in designated areas to enable efficient truck loading.

Operate Pallet Jack in a safe manner and follow all safety precautions while maneuvering in the warehouse.

Sort and palletize empty kegs as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

Maintain a neat and clean work area. This includes:

Sweeping the warehouse

Stacking pallets neatly and safely

Removing and disposing of plastic wrap from pallets

Cleaning up and stacking breakage

Restock repaired breakage utilizing operations' software to locate correct location in the warehouse.

Responsible for the movement of inventory within the operational software program.

Immediately notify the Shift Supervisor if any of the following issues occur:

Accidents or Injuries - responsible for filling out an incident report immediately.

Unsafe or malfunctioning equipment

Potential safety hazards within the warehouse

Present a neat and clean personal appearance to reflect a professional status that is representative of Penn Beer and appropriate for the role.

Maintain strong and respectful relationships with all customers and Penn Beer personnel across all departments.

Comply with Penn Beer safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Responsible for company assigned equipment while on duty.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
