Hiring Entry-Level Assemblers / Production Specialists - Redmond, WA

Pay: $25/hr

Shift: 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Mon-Thurs) + OT on Fridays

Job Summary:

We are hiring Entry-Level Assemblers and Production Specialists to join a growing manufacturing team in Redmond. This role offers hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to learn multiple workstations and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools

Follow work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards

Organize and assemble parts, fittings, brackets, and hardware

Complete assembly tasks within required production timelines

Read and follow detailed instructions and measurements

Move and handle materials throughout the production process

Support continuous improvement and cross-training efforts

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Ability to read measurements and perform basic math

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using hand tools or air tools

Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
