Finance Director (Horseheads, NY): Manage the planning, directing, and coordination of financial activities supporting the production and commercialization of branded snack and confectionery products, ensuring effective budget oversight, cost control, and alignment with overall business objectives. Lead the evaluation of financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, and financial control functions within a branded consumer products environment, and recommend improvements to strengthen profitability, operational efficiency, and governance. Lead the preparation of financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors. Direct the consolidation and review of financial results across multiple business units, ensuring accurate interpretation of performance drivers and timely communication to executive leadership. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management by analyzing profitability trends, cost structures, and capital allocation priorities to support long-term value creation. Coordinate cross-functional finance initiatives that enhance financial discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and align operational performance with corporate growth objectives. Develop information to assess the current or future financial status of the organization and support executive decision-making. Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments to ensure liquidity, financial stability, and compliance with internal control standards. Salary: $217,090.00/annually.Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field and 6 years of experience as Finance Director, Finance Manager, Financial Standards and Consolidation Director, or related position. Experience overseeing financial performance and consolidation across large, multi-entity corporate groups, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment, with experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and manufacturing cost accounting in a complex global environment. Experience establishing and leading group level financial control and reporting frameworks, coordinating audits and executive financial reviews in complex organizations, with experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial modeling and reporting. Experience supporting strategic corporate initiatives, including organizational restructuring, business expansion, and financial performance optimization, through advanced financial analysis, capital allocation, and leadership of cross functional finance teams to deliver accurate, actionable financial insights.
