Role summary:

The (USA) Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and facilitating effective communication. This role requires strong organizational skills to prioritize requests, prepare detailed reports, and handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant collaborates across teams to ensure seamless event planning and project coordination while identifying opportunities for process improvement. By anticipating leadership needs and maintaining efficient workflows, this position contributes to operational excellence and supports the achievement of business objectives within a dynamic corporate environment.

What you'll do:

Coordinate and manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for leadership with minimal supervision.

Organize and schedule company and business-related events, ensuring resource and cost efficiency within established timelines.

Prepare and manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and related administrative tasks accurately and timely.

Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing support and resolving requests efficiently.

Compile, forecast, and reconcile divisional data, creating reports and monitoring progress to support business needs.

Mentor and guide other assistants, fostering collaboration and process improvements.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating schedules with minimal supervision.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative support functions.

Expertise in organizing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event coordination.

Excellent communication skills, including drafting and editing professional correspondence.

Ability to prioritize competing demands and anticipate leadership needs effectively.

Demonstrated process improvement skills and attention to detail in data management.

Capacity to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding company policies and ethics.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
