Assist with preparation, review, and submission of certified payroll in compliance with applicable

regulations.

Support contractual reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all client and

regulatory submissions.

Perform administrative tasks related to contracts, including tracking deliverables, maintaining

documentation, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Assist with general accounting and finance functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and

financial analysis.

Support accounts receivable and collections efforts, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices

and maintaining aging reports.

Participate in the development of cost proposals, including pricing analysis and supporting

documentation.

Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and

contractual obligations.

Assist in improving internal processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required), advanced degree or

professional certification preferred.

5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.

Strong understanding of certified payroll and contract-based financial environments preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with government contracts or prevailing wage environments.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Win Team or similar platforms.
