A reputable law firm in Berkeley is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to provide front desk support for a two-week temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Manage conference room scheduling and visitor check-ins.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.

Provide general office support to attorneys and administrative staff as needed.

Requirements

Prior receptionist or front desk experience required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy office environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous law firm or legal office experience is highly preferred but not required.
