Warehouse Clerk

New Castle, DE | 1st Shift | $20.00/Hour

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Clerk for one of our logistics and distribution clients in New Castle, DE . This is a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting warehouse operations and working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Occasional weekend work as needed

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour - weekly pay

Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk will provide administrative and operational support for inbound and outbound warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse operations through administrative and clerical functions

Process and maintain inbound and outbound shipment documentation

Perform data entry and maintain accurate warehouse records

Assist with reporting, tracking, and inventory-related documentation

Communicate with warehouse personnel, carriers, and management teams

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on schedule

Perform general office duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of administrative or general office experience

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and accuracy

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Ability to pass a drug screening

Must be authorized to work in the United States
