?? What You'll Do Perform mechanical repairs on corrugators, conveyors, die cutters, and other production equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Use hand tools and power tools to repair, replace, and adjust machinery components.
Support troubleshooting efforts involving motors, sensors, 3-phase electrical systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections within the CMMS maintenance system.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all workplace safety standards.
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
? What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting equipment.
Trade school education, technical training, military mechanical experience, or hands-on experience in maintenance, automotive, HVAC, machining, or a related field.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
? Bonus Qualifications Previous industrial maintenance experience.
Experience working with conveyors, corrugators, packaging equipment, or other manufacturing machinery.
Knowledge of PLCs, electrical troubleshooting, or controls systems.
Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication.
Manufacturing or production facility experience.

?? Work Environment You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility that produces corrugated packaging products used by companies across the country. The production floor features modern corrugators, conveyors, die cutters, and automated converting equipment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time on the production floor diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and partnering with operators and maintenance team members to keep production running efficiently. Safety is a top priority, and you'll receive training on industry best practices, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and preventive maintenance programs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.89 - $28.89/hr.
