Overview

System One has an exciting contract opportunity for a Master Scheduler to support our client onsite in Corvallis, OR.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and documentation of standards and processes for integrated master scheduling for our client with a focus on integration across large programs.

Lead the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with project controls leads to incorporate Program Level Schedules and other external schedules. Develop and maintain a basis of schedule document.

Issue periodic status reports related to program/project progress including critical path analysis, milestone variances, milestone completions, and top-level resource issues.

Lead the resolution of issues among various stakeholders.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration is required. Directly applicable technical working experience is required.

Minimum of 8 years of full-time working experience in a project planning / scheduling for large projects is required.

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an emphasis on coordinating conflicting demands and priorities.

Strong technical writing skills. Good communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Leadership experience in leading and mentoring supporting Schedulers.

Planning, Scheduling, Last Planner, Primavera P6.

Oracle ERP experience is preferred.

Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.

Physical Demands

Ability to understand and communicate clearly using a phone, personal interaction, and computers.

Ability to learn new job functions and comprehend and understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately in a rapidly evolving environment.

The employee frequently is required; to sit and stand; walk; bend, use hands to operate office equipment; and reach with hands and arms.

Ability to travel nationally and locally using common forms of transportation.
