As a Security Officer Building Access Control in Lake Forest, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Mon05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Tue05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Wed05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Thur05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Fri05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points as assigned.

Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate with supervisors and/or local contacts regarding unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

Support daily operations at an industrial location by observing for potential hazards, equipment issues, and policy violations, and by following post orders and reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
