Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Supervisor to lead a team while overseeing membership data operations, dues processing, quality assurance, and reporting. This role combines team leadership, data management, customer service, and process improvement in a fast-paced membership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and support a team of 5 Analysts.

Monitor membership data entry, dues processing, and reconciliation activities for accuracy

Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews of membership and payment records

Serve as a resource for policy interpretation, eligibility requirements, and membership-related questions

Handle escalated member concerns and provide resolution support

Partner with internal teams and external vendors on database, system, and reporting issues

Support nonprofit database and other database-related processes, troubleshooting, and data exports

Assist with process improvements and system transition initiatives

Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and support disciplinary conversations as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience required

Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting experience

Experience with audits, reconciliations, and quality control processes

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to manage escalated customer/member issues professionally

Experience working with databases; nonprofit experience preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience in a union or membership-based environment preferred
