Job Tittle: Business Analyst-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)

Location:Naperville, Illinois (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role involves conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit. The position supports the Sales team by processing commercial agreements and acting as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers. The work environment is a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze inbound requests for proposals, manage account setup, and

gather usage data.

Manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes to facilitate the

bidding process.

Serve as a liaison between the internal sales team, channel

partners, and customers.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure

deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Engage in process design and modification for continuous business

improvement.

Collaborate with various internal departments and increase awareness

of end-to-end processes.

Provide frequent and consistent communication to leadership on

deliverables and status updates.

Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI to develop reports and

dashboards for tracking business performance.

Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational

analysis, and segment analysis.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience is also required.

Experience:2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a

related field.

Experience in business analysis, data management, or process

improvement.

Strong research skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an organized

approach to data processing and reporting.

Experience with Power BI and SQL.
