With a focus on removing technical barriers to co-create customer success, the Solution Engineer delivers compelling demonstrations and helps drive strategic roadmaps that showcase the power of the Salesforce platform.The Industry Solution Engineer is a scale-focused, field-empowering role that goes beyond traditional pre-sales by playing a critical part in building and scaling industry-specific solution assets across the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy & Utilities verticals. As a member of the PACE Industry Solutions Scale Team (also known as the PACEmakers), you will blend deep Manufacturing industry and AI expertise with a passion for repeatability - building reusable assets, driving field enablement, and supporting high-impact customer engagements across the vertical. This highly visible role will empower you as a thought leader in your space; you will drive innovation, collaboration, and consistency across go-to-market efforts, partnering with a wide variety of teams including Solutions, Product, and the COE.What You Will Be Doing: Scale and Build Industry Solutions: Lead industry solution initiatives by partnering with internal working groups to build demo assets, content hubs, and customer videos. Enable Our Solution Engineers and Field Teams: Conduct internal enablement, demos, and training sessions to help others leverage pre-built industry assets and content. Be the go-to expert on what's available - and how to use it to win. Be the Voice of the Field: Partner with Product, Industry, the COE, and Go-To-Market teams to enhance our demo environments and ensure our solutions evolve based on real customer feedback and emerging industry trends. Support Strategic Customer Engagements: Support Account SEs and join key pursuits as an industry subject matter expert to support discovery, demo strategy, and overall deal positioning. Establish a Feedback and Innovation Loop: Capture customer success stories, win/loss insights, and field input to inform ongoing product improvements and sales strategy. Develop and Deliver Compelling Solution Visions, Roadmaps, and Tailored Demonstrations: Showcase the immediate and long-term value of Salesforce through industry-proven use cases. Lead AI Tooling Adoption and Enablement: Be at the forefront of AI by evaluating and leveraging new tools to streamline productivity and facilitate how SEs do the job today. Support High-Impact Customer Events: Key involvement in driving content and strategy for Dreamforce sessions, product innovation hubs, and customer summits.What We're Looking For: Proactive, high performers who can operate through ambiguity and are looking to elevate their SE skill sets in a multiplier capacity.
