As a Security Officer in Rochester, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will support guests, staff, and property operations while reflecting a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, and integrity in a dynamic environment.

Pay Rate: $22.65 / Hour

Mon09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Tue09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Wed09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues to site leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hotel and resort grounds, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unwanted behavior.

Monitor access points, visitor activity, and common areas to help support orderly operations and address security-related concerns in accordance with post instructions.

Assist with emergency situations, alarms, and/or service calls by following established protocols and communicating clearly with guests, staff, and local responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
