The (USA) Director, Product Management leads the vision and strategy for a complex product family, guiding teams through the full product lifecycle from discovery to value realization. This role drives customer-centric solutions by leveraging data and insights, managing cross-functional trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders around strategic priorities. Responsible for financial outcomes and talent development, the position fosters collaboration across business, engineering, and design partners to deliver measurable business impact and scalable product innovations within a dynamic environment.
About the team:
The Core Services team oversees the operational lifecycle of our platform, including onboarding, access management, automation, and revenue cycle management. By streamlining workflows and enhancing financial systems, the team supports sales, operations, and finance to improve efficiency. They develop scalable, secure infrastructure for the global advertising business, focusing on product strategy, data-driven decision making, and leadership. This team drives innovation and delivers impactful solutions across multiple product areas, fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement to advance business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
What you'll do:
Lead product vision and strategy for a complex product family, aligning roadmaps with business objectives and customer needs.
Guide multiple product teams through full lifecycle management, from discovery to value realization and iteration.
Drive data-driven decision making by defining outcome-based metrics and leveraging AI and analytics to optimize product performance.
Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, cost, quality, and time-to-value across Engineering, Design, and Business partners.
Develop and mentor product talent, fostering alignment with enterprise strategy and promoting continuous learning.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure strategic alignment and successful product delivery.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience leading product vision and strategy for complex product families with measurable business impact.
Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle, balancing technical feasibility, cost, quality, and time-to-value.
Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, including defining outcome-based metrics and leveraging AI capabilities.
Demonstrated success in coaching and developing product talent while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled in stakeholder management, aligning teams around strategic priorities and trade-offs.
Deep understanding of customer needs through research, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
Experience owning P&L responsibilities and translating product strategy into financial outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
