Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Shop and Field Welders to support the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals and structural steel. This role offers a mix of shop and local field work with home-daily assignments .
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality MIG and Stick welding in vertical, overhead, and out-of-position applications
Fabricate and install railings, stairs, ladders, ramps, platforms, and structural steel components
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Take field measurements and assist with layout and installation work
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
1-2 years of MIG and Stick welding experience required
Experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel preferred
Ability to weld independently with minimal supervision
Entry-level welders with co-op or hands-on training will be considered
Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
