Description
Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines. - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for vendor execution. - Review, challenge, and validate vendor recommendations, analyses, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and commercial strategy. - Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for key stakeholders, including: o Business Unit Leaders o National Sales Directors (NSDs) o Sales Leadership Teams - Conduct ad hoc analyses, market sizing exercises, targeting assessments, territory evaluations, and other sales effectiveness initiatives. - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization strategies. - Serve as the business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Sales Compass platform by: o Understanding platform functionality, data sources, and reporting capabilities o Explaining dashboards, metrics, and insights to end users o Supporting user training, adoption, and ongoing business support o Identifying enhancement opportunities and translating business needs into platform requirements

5 years of experience managing external vendors and consulting partners. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial data sources (IQVIA, specialty pharmacy, claims, CRM data, etc.). - Experience supporting field force optimization, launch planning, or commercial excellence initiatives. ____ Technical Skills - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: o XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP o Pivot Tables o Advanced formulas and data analysis functions o Data validation and reporting - Strong PowerPoint skills, including executive storytelling and presentation development. - Experience with CRM and commercial analytics platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, Power BI, Tableau, Sales Compass, or similar tools). - Experience with ticketing, workflow, or project management tools is a plus. - Ability to quickly learn new business applications and effectively support them from an end-user and business process perspective.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
