Position Overview

This role provides administrative and operational support for learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs, leadership development activities, and employee learning experiences are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Omaha NE

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Development team.

Schedule meetings, training sessions, workshops, and leadership development events.

Coordinate calendars for trainers, facilitators, and business stakeholders.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and training documentation.

Maintain department files, records, and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Other Requirements:

Regular, reliable attendance

Work productively and meet deadlines timely

Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.

Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.
