CTG is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination, managing calendars, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leaders.

Screen and field incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing communications as appropriate.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.

Assist with travel planning, expense reporting, and administrative documentation.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personnel information.

Support executive leadership with correspondence, presentations, reports, and other administrative tasks.

Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain records, files, and administrative documentation.

Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience.

Strong calendar management and scheduling experience supporting multiple leaders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $25.00 to $32.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
