Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Hybrid Schedule- Mon, Wed, Fri in office.

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant II? You'll be:

Communicating directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members and coordinating all aspects of Board meetings, including logistics and materials.

Attending Board and committee meetings to report activities, request input, and discuss recommendations.

Managing office administration, including maintaining office supplies, vendor relationships, and organizing events.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have at least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or non-profit environment.

Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with budget management and corporate documentation.
