Temporary Administrative Assistant / Recruiting

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date: Approximately July 27, 2026

Assignment Length: 3 Months

Location: Casper, WY

Schedule: Full-Time M-F, Temporary

Job Summary

Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy client with recruiting and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some prior administrative, HR, recruiting, or office support experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a professional environment.

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and can quickly adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Review resumes and assist with candidate screening activities

Manage and organize recruiting and business-related email communications

Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment documents

Create, maintain, and monitor online job postings and advertisements

Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers

Assist with interview logistics and candidate communications

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Support various HR and recruiting initiatives as needed

Perform additional office and administrative tasks to support the team

Qualifications

1+ years of administrative, recruiting, HR, customer service, or related office experience preferred

Basic understanding of recruiting or human resources processes is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Quick learner who can follow direction and adapt to new processes

Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
