Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Delivery Partner Program (TN)Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to help launch a brand-new delivery partner program across multiple markets in Tennessee. As a Field Sales Representative, you recruit local businesses to join a hub-based delivery partner network. You visit prospective businesses in person, present the program, qualify prospects, guide them through the application process, and support recruitment events in the community. You collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors while managing your pipeline in Salesforce. The position involves frequent travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers uncapped commission based on partner conversions.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new delivery partner program to prospective businesses and generate interest in applying.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through each step of the application process.
Lead and track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and manage the prospect pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date reporting.
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective partners, addressing questions and overcoming objections during the sales process.
Identify and solve problems for applicants in the field, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Consistently raise the bar for the delivery experience by helping recruit partners capable of operating in complex last-mile delivery scenarios.
Essential Skills
1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience.
CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and pitch opportunities clearly.
High sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and track multiple prospects simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills to assist applicants and resolve issues in the field.
Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools.
Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip on a daily basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in roles that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
Previous field sales experience is a plus.
Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the program positively in the community.
Enthusiasm for working with others and collaborating with a Field Manager and local contractors.
Comfort working independently while managing a personal sales pipeline and schedule.
Experience importing and managing data in Excel and integrating it with CRM systems.
Motivation to earn uncapped commission based on performance.
Work Environment
This is a highly mobile, field-based role with significant time spent on the road. You will typically be on the road 4-5 days per week, visiting businesses in markets such as Chattanooga, Columbia, Knoxville, and Tullahoma, with travel extending up to a two-hour driving distance from your home base. The remainder of your time you work from home, handling follow-ups, data entry, and pipeline management in Salesforce. You use technology regularly, including CRM tools, Excel, and mobile devices, and you receive a monthly phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement. The environment is performance-driven with uncapped commission opportunities tied to each partner you recruit and successfully guide through launch, creating a dynamic and entrepreneurial atmosphere focused on growing a new delivery program.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
