Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an Administrative Assistant I (Temp-to-Hire) to work at a Premier Manufacturing Client in Manning, SC. Sound like something you're interested in? Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50/hr plus overtime and an opportunity to be hired with a pay increase and benefits

Shift: full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

Handling sensitive and confidential information in support of HR functions

Coordinating complex calendars and scheduling meetings with leadership across the organization

Preparing presentations for executive operations meetings and weekly four-panel meetings

Taking meeting minutes, ordering supplies, processing invoices, and paying bills

Assisting with Kronos and helping coordinate plant-wide engagement activities and events

Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

Have HR background or experience handling confidential information

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar and articulation
