What You'll Be Doing:

Tackle research, stats, and quick-turn info requests with accuracy and speed Own data entry and reporting for presentations, databases, and spreadsheets Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and everything that keeps us running Welcome visitors-become the friendly face of our office Prep vendor payments, track documentation, and support smooth operations Document department policies and keep the team informed Roll up your sleeves on projects and business improvement initiatives Support employee communications, service awards, and more

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (admin experience = big plus!) Are an ace at Microsoft Office and keeping organized Can handle confidential info, details, and surprises like a pro Love working with people and solving problems on the fly Have experience in manufacturing, HR, or operations-bonus!
