Job Title: Account Delivery Executive (ADE) - Reno, NVJob Description
This role supports a brand-new delivery program in the Reno, NV area by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner program. You will focus on field-based outreach, relationship building, and pipeline management to convert qualified businesses into active delivery partners. The position combines door-to-door field sales, CRM-based lead management, community networking, and event support, with significant earning potential through uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective local businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to promote the delivery partner program.
Present and pitch the new delivery program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate strong interest in applying.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.
Lead follow-up activities with prospective partners and manage the full recruitment pipeline in Salesforce.
Collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to coordinate outreach strategies and share progress updates.
Support the Field Manager in planning, organizing, and hosting community-based recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Partner with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and awareness.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of leads and partner status.
Drive referrals through community organizations and networks to expand the pool of potential delivery partners.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with business owners and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and solve problems for applicants in the field, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Meet and exceed recruitment and conversion goals to maximize commission earnings and contribute to program growth.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door or territory sales.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred and considered a strong asset.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with business owners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly present program benefits and handle objections.
Demonstrated professionalism and a strong sense of urgency in managing tasks and follow-ups.
High attention to detail, especially when handling applications, data entry, and lead tracking.
Problem-solving ability to support applicants and address issues in the field.
Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools, including Excel and CRM platforms.
Ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round trip daily within the territory.
Comfort working independently in a field-based role while coordinating closely with a remote Field Manager.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Residence in or near the Reno, NV area is highly preferred to support local travel and community engagement.
Prior experience in roles that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
Experience in field sales beyond door-to-door, such as territory or regional sales, is an advantage.
Enthusiasm for working with others and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Motivation to work in a performance-driven role with uncapped commission opportunities.
Familiarity with community organizations, chambers of commerce, or economic development groups is beneficial.
Work Environment
This is a primarily field-based role with a mix of in-person and remote work. You will spend approximately 3 to 4 days per week in the field visiting businesses and attending community events within up to a 90-minute driving radius of Reno, NV, with daily travel up to about 4 hours round trip. When not in the field, you will work from home, managing your pipeline, updating Salesforce, importing Excel data, and coordinating with the Field Manager and team. The position offers uncapped commission potential, with earnings tied to the number of partners you successfully convert, along with additional monthly incentives for hitting goals and mileage reimbursement at a specified rate per mile. The environment is fast-paced, goal-oriented, and highly autonomous, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, technology use, and delivering a high-quality experience to prospective business partners.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
