TheSenior Marketing Leadplays a key role in shaping how Henry Ford Health shares the stories behind its most impactful service lines. In this strategic, data-driven role, you'll develop compelling messaging, lead innovative marketing strategies, and execute integrated campaigns that drive growth and strengthen our brand.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll identify new market opportunities, enhance products and services, and leverage multi-channel advertising, digital marketing, and promotional initiatives to engage audiences, increase website traffic, and convert new leads in key target markets. Reporting to theDirector of System Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping connect patients and communities to the care they need.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.

Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

7+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, or operations;or

5+ years of experience with a master's degree.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Digital Marketing & Communications:

Strong understanding of digital communications, integrated marketing, multi-channel campaigns, promotions, and analytics.

Experience translating business goals into effective web and digital marketing strategies.

Knowledge of digital content, SEO, conversion optimization, PPC, Google Analytics, display advertising, email marketing, blogging, and emerging technologies.

Ability to integrate and measure multi-channel communication strategies.

Familiarity with direct response and brand advertising.

Leadership & Client Management:

Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer/client service orientation.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects while balancing creativity and attention to detail.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for digital marketing strategies.

Marketing Knowledge:

Strong understanding of marketing strategy, advertising strategy, positioning, messaging, and marketing principles.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and performance metrics.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and editing skills.

Ability to direct and evaluate the development of promotional materials and marketing content.

Social Media & Technology:

Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube) and online community tools.

Passion for staying current with digital and social media trends.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Progressive knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
