Job Description

GPI is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator for our New Jersey team in our Bridgewater, NJ office. Are you passionate about telling a story and creating interest with others? This is something you should consider!

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.

Review RFP for proposal submission requirements to ensure all deadlines are met and proposal package is complete

Complete data entry for Marketing databases, tracking leads go/no go, and wins or losses.

Creation/maintenance of resume and project profile templates

Work closely and interact with technical staff, administrative staff, and marketing staff in other offices, as well as outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients.

Administrative duties related to marketing such as filing, data input, etc.

Research websites, newspapers, magazines and other business publications in search of project opportunities for professional services.

Establish & maintain positive relationships with co-workers, support and build others on the team and across disciplines/offices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

0-2 years of experience in marketing, prior industry experience in civil engineering, architecture, or planning a plus

Skilled with using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, and other communications-related software programs. Familiar with CRM.

Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process

Previous A/E/C experience is highly desirable

Familiarity with NJ transportation agencies

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration

Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language

Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
