As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Ascentek, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, enhance internal & external communication and deepen customer engagement. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns, events and promotions across Ascentek's family of brands and key customers. You'll bring strategic thinking, creativity and collaboration to drive brand consistency and measurable engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product promotions across internal and external channels
Serve as a strategic partner for marketing initiatives with key customers
Implement and maintain marketing calendars for campaigns, product launches and key initiatives
Support and guide the creation of communications and marketing materials with consistent brand voice and design
Write, edit and refine marketing content for various formats including presentations, collateral and digital messaging
Use marketing automation, email platforms and other software to build and distribute communications
Coordinate trade shows, events and promotional partnerships for Ascentek and its family of brands
Collaborate with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to deliver cross-functional marketing projects
Ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all touchpoints
Contribute to brand storytelling through videos, testimonials and impact communications
Analyze campaign performance and engagement data to optimize future efforts
Champion continuous improvement in brand communication and marketing strategies
Stay up to date on trends in brand marketing, communication tools and campaign effectiveness
Present marketing strategies and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Support market research, voice of customer initiatives and business case development through customer feedback, competitive analysis, benchmarking and market assessments
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience and/or Training:
4 - 6 years of experience in marketing or communications
Proven experience with email platforms, social media, campaign strategy and content development
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, organizational and project management capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
Expertise of campaign planning and brand storytelling
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
Experience with Act-On, HubSpot, Mailchimp or other marketing automation platforms
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
Ability to create compelling narratives and translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging stories that resonate with customers, teammates and other key audiences
Experience leading enterprise communications, internal brand campaigns or corporate events
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign, customer and market data then translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira or similar
Knowledge of brand governance, content planning or internal communications best practices
Experience with business to business marketing or communications
Experience or interest in powersports, marine or outdoor industry
Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands:
Frequent sitting and typing in a hybrid office environment
Creative focus with ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
Periodic collaboration via phone, video calls or in-person meetings
Occasional lifting of materials (up to 40 pounds) for events or promotional setups
The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $62,828 - $75,000 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:

Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
