Position: Manufacturing Technician (Assembler)

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054

Contract: 18-Month (with potential for promotion and full-time conversion!)

What You'll Do:

Assemble electromechanical proto@type products and shape the future of engineering!

Collaborate with brilliant design and manufacturing engineers to develop, improve, and innovate in our lab.

Propose game-changing improvements that reduce product cost and speed up assembly.

Redline and update procedures, Bills of Materials, and help design efficient work cells.

Contribute your ideas and expertise every day!

What We're Looking For:

2-10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, optical, semiconductor, or biomedical assembly.

Strong hands-on skills with hand tools, soldering, and fabrication.

Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.

Familiarity with PCBA (through-hole and SMT) highly preferred.

Great communication and teamwork skills-a true collaborator!

Associates degree or higher in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
