Office Assistant "Immediate Start with Weekly Pay (5 Weeks)

Pay: $20.50/hour

Schedule: 8-hour day shift

Location: Countryside Illinois 60525

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Assignment Length: Approximately 5 weeks

Interview: Virtual interviews taking place all day Thursday

We're looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team for a short-term assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently between jobs, on summer break, or looking for temporary work.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain paper and electronic files

Scan and upload documents accurately

Log and track records in spreadsheets or databases

File documents and ensure records are organized

Perform general clerical and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Reliable with excellent attendance

This is a great opportunity to gain office experience in a professional environment while earning $20.50/hour on a 5-week temporary assignment . Candidates available to start July 20 are encouraged to apply.
