Work closely with a sports medicine surgeon and clinical team to support patients with sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, tendonitis, bursitis, concussions, overuse injuries, arthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients of all ages, including those seeking injury prevention and physical therapy referrals.
Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other outpatient care staff to maintain a smooth, efficient, and respectful team environment.
