As a Market Leader, you will have full accountability for the financial performance, operational excellence, employee engagement, safety culture, and customer satisfaction of your market. You will partner closely with District Leadership and functional support teams while developing a culture where people thrive and clients become lifelong advocates.

What You'll Do Lead the Business

Own the overall performance of the market, including revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence. Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales, margin, EBITDA, and customer retention goals. Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities and implement action plans that improve results. Ensure resources, staffing, and equipment are aligned to support current demand and future growth. Drive Sales and Market Growth

Lead and coach Residential and Commercial Sales Arborists to consistently achieve sales and profitability goals. Build a culture focused on client relationships, consultative selling, and exceptional service. Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and grow all service lines including Tree Care, Plant Health Care, Lawn Care, and Commercial Services. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to position SavATree for continued growth. Lead Operations

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. Drive operational performance by improving scheduling, routing, equipment utilization, productivity, and service delivery.
