Job Description**
This role focuses on assembling and wiring electrical systems and components for heavy subassembly units used in modular cooling systems for data centers. You read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, perform precise wiring and conduit bending, and work with a variety of hand and power tools to build high-quality electrical assemblies in a modern industrial environment.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and wiring diagrams to assemble electrical systems, components, and control devices into heavy subassembly units.
Perform electrical assembly work, including panel wiring, wire termination, and electrical wiring of circuits, outlets, and switches.
Calibrate electrical parts and components to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications.
Measure, cut, and bend conduit accurately to route wiring and support electrical installations.
Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, impacts, and grinders to complete assembly and installation tasks.
Perform mechanical assembly tasks related to modular units and heavy subassemblies as needed.
Move and position materials and assemblies using pallet jacks, scissor lifts, mobile floor cranes, and forklifts when required.
Coordinate daily work with Soldering Technicians, Electrical Assemblers, Mechanical Assemblers, and Helpers to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and adherence to engineering documentation, and make adjustments as needed.
Follow all company procedures and production schedules, including working extended hours when required to meet project demands.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of electrical and mechanical assembly work.

Essential Skills
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on electrical assembly experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
Strong skills in wire termination, wire terminating, and panel wiring.
Demonstrated ability in conduit bending and routing for electrical installations.
Experience with electrical wiring of circuits, outlets, switches, and control devices.
Ability to perform mechanical assembly related to modular units and heavy subassemblies.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, including drills, impacts, and grinders.
Capability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
General labor skills applicable to an industrial assembly environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in following technical documentation.

Work Environment
You work in a brand-new, large industrial space that is climate controlled, offering a comfortable environment throughout the year. The role is on a day shift schedule, typically 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the expectation of working approximately 50-60 hours per week as operations ramp up. Dress code includes steel-toe footwear, work pants, work shirt, and safety glasses, reflecting a safety-focused industrial environment that uses equipment such as pallet jacks, scissor lifts, mobile floor cranes, and forklifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pearland, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
