Your Role

Guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions during in home appointments

Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish

Close sales using warm company provided leads with no cold calls or door knocking

Build confidence with ongoing coaching and professional support

Training and Support

Comprehensive 4-week training program built for beginners

First 2 weeks fully paid so you can focus on learning

Start earning commission as early as Week 3

Continuous coaching to help you grow and succeed

Draw available up to $1,600

Flexible appointment-based schedule working 5 days per week

Earn What You Deserve

First-year average earnings of $70K+ with top performers reaching $120K

100% uncapped commission plus draw
