Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing construction integration activities, coordinating installations, managing project schedules, and ensuring successful execution of critical infrastructure projects . The ideal candidate will have strong project management, contract management, and schedule analysis skills, along with construction management experience that will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $78.21 - $84.23/hour

?? What's the Job?

Manage procurement and coordination of fiber, phones, AV systems, furniture, and related construction installations.

Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.

Review operations, collaborate with technical and administrative teams, and resolve production or processing challenges.

Develop and maintain project tracking, quality control processes, and reports to identify and address potential issues.

Monitor installation activities, contractor performance, and project execution to ensure successful delivery.

? What's Needed?

5-7 years of experience in construction management, low voltage installations, or related infrastructure projects.

Experience managing projects within data centers or mission-critical environments is required.

Strong project management, contract management, and schedule analysis skills.

Knowledge of construction processes, quality control procedures, blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.

Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
