Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be part of the Fulfillment team supporting the Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: Bellevue WA / Herndon, VA - Onsite

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?

Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring timely processing and accurate delivery dates.

Collaborate with multiple teams including Logistics and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery and resolve capacity issues.

Analyze open order reports, monitor system integrity, and address backorder concerns proactively.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Managers and internal partners to facilitate effective communication.

Identify root causes of process failures and implement continuous improvements to optimize supply chain operations.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.

Understanding of supply chain systems and structures, including SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, and data analysis tools.

Ability to adapt to holiday schedules and support team coverage as needed.
