Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to grow within a busy warehouse environment. You will begin with general tasks such as assembling boxes, building orders, and packing products for shipment, and can take on increased responsibilities over time by demonstrating strong work habits and punctuality. The position focuses on handling window film products for automotive, residential, and commercial customers, ensuring orders are accurately prepared and staged for shipping.
Responsibilities
Assemble boxes and packaging materials to support daily order fulfillment activities.
Build orders by selecting the correct window film products for cars, homes, and businesses based on order sheets and specifications.
Cut window film to the required lengths with accuracy and attention to detail.
Stage products for shipment using a hand pallet jack and organize materials in designated areas.
Read and interpret order sheets to confirm product @type, size, and quantity before packing.
Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring items are securely packaged and labeled correctly.
Perform general labor tasks including material handling, moving products, and maintaining a clean work area.
Support shipping operations by assisting with loading, staging, and preparing outgoing orders.
Consistently lift and move items up to 30 lbs as part of daily warehouse activities.
Promote punctuality, reliability, and safe work practices to be considered for expanded responsibilities and potential permanent conversion.
Essential Skills
Approximately 1 year of experience in a warehouse or general labor environment.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the workday.
Ability to read and follow written order sheets and product specifications accurately.
Capability to perform repetitive tasks such as packing, cutting materials, and assembling boxes.
Strong punctuality and attendance to meet performance expectations.
High school diploma or GED, with proof available and in hand.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
Comfort using a hand pallet jack to move and stage products.
Attention to detail when cutting materials to specific measurements.
Willingness to start on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on attendance and performance.
Ability to work occasional overtime prior to the regular shift when needed.

Work Environment
The role is based in a warehouse environment that includes air conditioning to support a comfortable work setting. You will primarily work with window film products for automotive, residential, and commercial use, using tools such as hand pallet jacks and standard packing equipment. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime occurring before the regular shift from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. when needed. The position begins as a contract role, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on attendance and performance. Dress code typically aligns with standard warehouse attire, emphasizing safety and practicality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
