Responsibilities This position is located in the Enterprise Communication Office (HOC), Office of the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Director, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) responsible for execution of DCAA's widescale strategic communication strategies. Develops the Agency's written communication strategy, researches key data, writes, edits or designs materials, and sees visual and written communication and publication projects through to delivery. Creates visual and written end products that are timely, adhere to plain language writing principles, and are clear and concise to the targeted audience. Develops objective and systematic research, feedback, and surveys to help measure effectiveness of written communication strategies and products. Convey key information in a variety of formats, including presentations, visual one pagers, talking points, blogs, and web content. GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience in developing the strategy, researching data, writing, editing and completing communication and publications products through delivery; OR Experience in information on and use of communication technologies to support written and visual strategic communication efforts; OR Experience in written and visual marketing, analytics techniques and delivery methodologies; OR Experience in visual and written communication efforts that relay widescale strategic communication efforts.
