**This position will work to support the SUN Bucks Contact Center and has been granted an exemption from the agency's requirement to work in the office 50% of the time. Telework is at the discretion of the employer.
*Statewide travel is possible 5 percentage of the time.
This position exists to function as the Lead Worker for the SUN Bucks Support Advisor team, supporting statewide administration of the SUN Bucks program delivered and coordinated through the Data Warehouse, Customer Help Application (CHA), MAXIS, Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and other MNIT supported systems. Under administrative direction, this position provides advanced technical expertise, coordinates workflow, designs and delivers training, performs quality assurance, and interprets policy to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Lead Worker Guidance and Workflow Coordination including:
Developing and providing help desk services for the SUN Bucks system by performing complex analysis of user or system problems and communicate outcomes to SUN Bucks call center staff, MDE and MNIT
Developing and refining business processes
Training, Onboarding & Technical Assistance
Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversight
Policy Interpretation & Expert Technical Support
Developing and maintaining clear policy and system manuals for SUN Bucks
Escalation & Complex Case Resolution
Communication, Liaison & Program Analysis
Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in performing program administration, eligibility determination, or case management work in public assistance programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), or SUN Bucks. Experience must demonstrate the following:
Interpreting and applying laws, rules, or policies to complex situations
Providing technical assistance or guidance to staff, customers, or partners
Developing and delivering training using adult learning strategies, multi modal training formats, or e learning tools
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience specifically working with SUN Bucks.
Experience using state eligibility systems such as MAXIS, MMIS, CHA, or CRM.
Experience serving in a lead worker role, acting as a subject matter expert, or coordinating team workflow.
Experience representing a program in meetings, workgroups, or appeals settings.
Experience drafting or maintaining policies, procedures manuals, or technical documentation.
