Monte Foods is the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, a global grower,
producer and marketer of fresh, value-added, and shelf-stable
produce.Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including
the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking a
Supervisor Production. The Production Supervisor is responsible for
supporting day-to-day production operations at the Plover facility.
During the processing season, this role will focus on overseeing
production flow, employee supervision, safety, quality, and operational
performance from receiving through the cookroom. During the
non-processing season, the role will support maintenance execution,
equipment readiness, project work, and continuous improvement activities
within assigned production areas. This position works closely with the
Shift Supervisor, Production Manager, maintenance, quality, warehouse,
and operations leadership teams to maintain safe, efficient, and
compliant production operations. The Production Supervisor provides
leadership and direction to hourly and seasonal employees while
supporting production goals, food safety requirements, and Del Monte
initiatives. Accountabilities: Production Operations Support Support
daily canning and cookroom operations during the processing season to
maintain production, efficiency, and quality goals. Provide leadership
coverage for assigned production departments, shifts, and processing
areas as needed. Coordinate daily activities related to raw product
receiving, cookroom operations, canning processes, and product flow
