Summary You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Manpower & Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will respond to difficult issues, providing expert attention and guidance. You will develop classification and staffing models and guides, as well as identifying the most effective and efficient processes for SES positions. You will provide advice regarding effective use of current and projected Senior Executive allocations and the use and status of HQE-SM and HQE appointees. You will provide information and guidance that assists each senior executive with their unique leadership and technical training goals. You will provide expert advice and assistance relative to the interpretation of statues, regulations, etc., associated with the staffing function pertaining to executive personnel. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying advanced HR Principles, concepts, and practices, and techniques of personnel recruitment, examination, selection, and/or placement, and their relationship to management objectives as it relates to executive positions, and personnel management related to management of executive resources.
