Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role focuses on receiving inventory and packaging delicate parts in a clean, advanced machine shop environment. You will work closely with another team member to split responsibilities in a small department, ensuring that parts are handled carefully, accurately labeled, and prepared for shipping and inventory control in a high-tech, precision-focused setting.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation for accuracy.
Handle and package delicate parts with great care to prevent damage during storage and transport.
Perform warehouse pick and pack activities, selecting correct items and preparing orders for shipment.
Execute shipping and receiving tasks, including domestic and international shipments, following established procedures.
Manage warehouse inventory by organizing, counting, and updating records to maintain accurate stock levels.
Inspect parts and packaging for quality, ensuring items meet required standards before shipping.
Label boxes and components clearly and correctly to support traceability and efficient warehouse operations.
Box and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring proper packaging materials and methods are used.
Collaborate with the existing department employee to divide daily tasks and maintain smooth workflow.
Follow all machine shop and warehouse procedures to learn and adapt to new processes and tasks.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area within the machining facility, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Support material handling activities by moving, organizing, and staging parts and materials as needed.
Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail in handling inventory, packaging, and documentation.
Experience working with delicate parts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or machine shop environment.
Hands-on packaging and shipping experience, including preparing items for transport.
Experience in shipping and receiving operations, including inventory handling.
Ability to perform warehouse pick and pack tasks accurately and efficiently.
Capability to learn and follow new processes and tasks within a high-tech environment.
Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for a clean, advanced machine shop setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a machine shop or semiconductor warehouse environment.
Previous packaging or warehouse experience in a high-tech or precision machining setting.
Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation.
Understanding of inspection, labeling, and boxing practices in a warehouse or manufacturing @context.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
